Values

  • The training centre believes that its major role and significant contribution is to “EMPOWER” workforce and enhance human capital through the following values:

    P: Partnership
The centre is consciously aware that to fully cater and make meaningful impact is has to create partnership with other entities so that large scope can be reached and covered.

    O: Occupationally oriented
Occupational learning is an alternative pathway, especially those without formal school leaving certification; it is a route which is highly valued to the centre.

    W: Willingness
Where there is a will there is a way. The centre strives to inculcate the culture of willingness.

    E: Excellence
The centre subscribes to belief that individuals are inherently excellent.

    R: Redress
There are still large numbers of unskilled and semi-skilled workforce in the workplace from designated and previously disadvantaged group.
